Dear Jonathan and Jane,

We appreciate you inviting us to take part in your special day.  Although we were not hired to
video your ceremony, we took the liberty in providing you both a digital and analog video.  We are
happy and proud to forward the digital CD, however, we are not pleased with the slightly
damaged analog tape.  Nonetheless, both are enclosed as our gifts to you.  Additionally, we did
our best to provide quality memorabilia to add to your collection with the following enclosed:

  • 100 Digital Photos (our preferred selection)
  • Memory Disk (a collection of 100 photos-musical selection, You Are My Love)
  • CD [Collection of Digital Pictures]
  • 75 Still lens photographs with negatives
  • CD Video
  • Analog Videotape (poor quality)

We have chosen 38 additional prints to use in our portfolio, however, would like to offer you 7 of
the selected prints; giving you a total of 107 printed photos.

Using a digital camera, a total of 700 photo shots were taken with an average size of 1354x2032.  
Out of the 700 photo shots, 67 are what we consider poor quality due to faulty focus on subject,
mistakes while shooting subject and/or equipment/operator malfunction.  Some of the photos are
not of quality due to low zooming on the top of subjects head or body.  The following is what we
consider to be of poor quality:









For modification purposes, your photos were divided into two groups.  In group one, 269 photos
were modified with a reduction of various sizes.  In group two, 69 photos were modified and
reduced to an average size of 300x1000.

Your photos were modified using Adobe, Print Shop, Photo Ellect, Kodak Easy Share, Canon
Effects and Veo Studio.  Effects used during modification include:



















As you may be aware modifications to most photos, allow the picture to become distorted,
however, after modification these photos are indifferent when printing:







In closing, yes, we only shot 700 photographs, however, with modifications, your CD collection
may include an average of 1,000 plus photos.

Again, we appreciate you allowing us to share in your memorable day.  We hope this gift provides
years of great memories for you and yours.
